Lost a Testicle in Accident and need HELP with Testosterone

 This is the first time on this site and found someone with what has happened to me,
I was involved in a motorcycle accident 2 years ago and lost my left testicle, and have been just going to the Dr complaining
of pain in R/S , no sex drive and very moody, enough that it has all effected my
work, my sleep,and my life.
I am also very low on my drive of doing things i enjoy, like hiking,riding
motocross,roadracin­g cars,and working with people.

Since researching how i have felt , i asked the Dr to do test to see if i was making
enough testosterone ,
Dr tested me and said i was making the minimum, 180-200, but being as active as i
am for my age,48 he felt it
was very low, Dr prescribed androgel 1% (25 mg) once a day , it seemed to help a
little but didn't bring my T'
up very far but relived allot of pain in my right testy, T level is 220 now, but seems to
change after about 10 day to 2 weeks till i can get another shot, about 200mg,once a
month.
It seems that my right testy swelled up after the accident ,trying to make my normal
amount of T' and i seemed
to have problems working , as i am a mechanic and on my feet and up and down on
a creeper alot.

I seemed to always ''pinch'' my right testicle between my legs and sit on top of it all
day long doing work,
even wearing special undies,that pick the testy up and out of the way when you stand
.
After about 2-3 hours of work it felt like,,,,, ya now how it feels when you get hit in
the testes, and get your breath back, but you still have servere pain below your belly
button in your groin area?
That is how it felt after working,walking,rid­ing bikes,sex,driving a standard
vehicle,racing cars.....
And am shying away from doing things i enjoy,and save what work i can do for my
daily job.and im not a desk person!!

After complaining to the Dr's about this for a year and a half , they all said it was in
my head,till i asked to put me on some testosterone , after 2 months of the gel, my
right testy shrunk and i didn't have as much problems with the pain or pinching in the
groin area, but as the weather got warm i was sweating the gel out, so i was given
200 mg a month,

But it seams that the more active or trying to feel like i use to working riding bikes
and racing, i run out of steam after
2 weeks and feel terrible ,moody,fatuged again???
And am ''down'' for 2 weeks till i get another shot, and than it takes a week to get
me up and going again?
But my mood ,ambition,sleep also goes crazy till about a week after the shot, than
im ok for 10 days 2 weeks, and if im more active it last alot less, and i get run down
again.

My Question is,,, is this normal to feel this way?
Would getting .5-.7 or 100-140 mg a week help me with my valleys and peaks?
Make or help me enjoy the thing i use to, and not be so moody and earitiable?

I hope someone can understand all this, and since i live in NE Pa, would anyone
advise me to go see
Dr Eugene Shillington?
